Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 50c.ai ("Service"), operated by GenXis, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation ("Company", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 50c.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
50c.ai provides AI tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including but not limited to:
- AI reasoning and deep thinking tools
- Code execution in sandboxed environments
- Web search and content fetching
- Domain and DNS management tools
- Context management and compression
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Input Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into AI tools unless explicitly permitted
- Use automated scraping or bypass rate limits
- Reverse-engineer the MCP protocol or model weights
- Use outputs for medical, legal, or financial decisions without professional verification
- Engage in any illegal activities using the Service
Enforcement: First violation results in a warning. Repeat violations may result in account suspension and fees up to $100/hour for abuse remediation.
4. Payments and Refunds
50c.ai operates on a pay-per-use microtransaction model:
- Credits: 1 credit = approximately $0.01 USD
- Refunds: Microtransactions are non-refundable after 1 hour due to compute costs incurred
- Disputes: Payment disputes should first be directed to our payment processor (ThriveCart)
- Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension and a 15% penalty fee

6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
- AI Outputs: We claim no copyright on AI-generated outputs. However, we provide no warranties regarding accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
- Our IP: 50c.ai, the 50c logo, and related marks are trademarks of GenXis, Inc.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI outputs are NOT guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. Do not rely on AI outputs for critical decisions without independent verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GenXis, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
9. Termination
- By You: You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard
- By Us: We may terminate immediately for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations. For non-payment, we provide 30-day notice.
- Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
